These Terms & Conditions apply to all training programs, coaching, and related services provided by Christie Moran Training Academy ("the Academy"). By making payment or otherwise confirming participation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. GUARANTEES
We stand behind the quality of all trainings and coaching. Our guarantees are designed to give you confidence while protecting the integrity of our programs.
1.1 Training Programs Guarantee
30-day, 100% money-back guarantee applies to NLP and/or *Evolve Now Mind Institute training.
To request a refund, you must email transform@christiemoran.com.au within 30 days of your first payment.
You will have access to training recordings during this first 30 days; however, watching recordings alone does not qualify for certification.
After 30 days, no refunds will be available
If one-to-one coaching sessions are included as part of your training, these can only be booked after the 30 day guarantee period has ended.
1.2 Manifest Your Dream Job 90 Day Program
The Manifest Your Dream Job program includes one-on-one sessions, group coaching, a training weekend, and access to online course materials. We are committed to supporting your progress throughout the program.
Manifest Your Dream Job - 100% Money-Back Guarantee:
You are eligible for a full refund up until the earlier of:
(a) attending your first one-to-one coaching session, or
(b) 7 days from the date of purchase.
Once either of these conditions is met, the guarantee period ends.
To request a refund, you must email transform@christiemoran.com.au within 7 days of your first payment and prior to either of these events occurring.
Manifest Your Dream Job - 90-day Guarantee
If, after completing all required program activities, you have not manifested your dream job within the 90-day period, we will continue to support you at no additional cost. This continuation applies only to the weekly group coaching sessions.
1.3 Refunds
Refunds for purchases made via PayPal / PayPal Pay Later are subject to PayPal's refund policies
2. TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATIONS
2.1 Program Transfers
A program may be transferred to another person only before coaching or training commences.
Once training has begun, transfers are no longer available.
2.2 Appointment Cancellations
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled
If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not attend, no reschedule or refund will be available
3. TRAINING AND COACHING PROGRAMS
3.1 Program Delivery
The Academy will deliver training as described in promotional materials
Dates, times, trainers, and formats may be adjusted where necessary
Certification requirements, including attendance, participation, and assessments, will be communicated clearly
Watching recordings alone does not count towards certification.
3.2 Intellectual Property
All training and coaching materials remain the property of the Academy
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for your own use only
Materials may not be copied, sold, or shared without written consent
3.3 Participant Responsibility
By enrolling, you confirm participation is voluntary and that you take full responsibility for your own well-being
These trainings may evoke emotions but are not a substitute for therapy or medical care
Your results depend on your willingness to participate, your focus, and your actions
Christie Moran Training Academy cannot and does not guarantee outcomes
You remain fully responsible for your own results, well-being, and actions during and after training and coaching
4. PAYMENT AND ACCESS
4.1 Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
Payment may be made via PayPal, card, or bank transfer
Access to training or coaching may be suspended if payments are declined or reversed
Payments processed via PayPal are subject to PayPal's terms and privacy policy
4.2 Confidentiality
Christie Moran Training Academy and it’s Coaches and Affiliates upholds strict confidentiality and privacy practices
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
By enrolling in our programs or services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy
4.3 Access to Recordings and Online Materials
Where training recordings are included as part of a Evolve Now Mind Institute program, access is provided via Evolve Now Mind Institute’s online learning platform. Access to these recordings is guaranteed for a minimum period of up to 24 months from the date of purchase, in line with Evolve Now Mind Institute’s hosting and licensing arrangements.
Christie Moran Training Academy makes no guarantee that recordings will remain available beyond this period. Access may be removed, updated, or discontinued after this time without notice. Live training attendance remains the primary method of program delivery.
5. LIABILITY AND RELEASE
You agree to release and hold harmless Christie Moran, the Academy, and any staff, trainers, or representatives for the outcomes of your training or coaching
Payment or written/email confirmation of participation will be treated as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
6. HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
6.1 Nature of Services
Coaching is a facilitation process, not counselling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment
Coaches are trained and certified in NLP, Matrix Therapies, Archetypal Coaching, Passion & Purpose Coaching, and other related modalities
They are not a doctor, counsellor, psychologist, or psychiatrist
6.2 Participant Health Requirements
You confirm you are physically and psychologically fit to participate
You agree to inform Christie Moran Training Academy of any medication, addictions, or health conditions that may affect your participation
You agree to consult with your doctor or mental health professional as needed, particularly regarding medication adjustments
By participating in any Christie Moran Training Academy program or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
